 Guidlines for Authors

PAPER PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

In order for your paper to be included in the hard-copy Proceedings, it must comply with the requisites stated in the accompanying SAMPLE PAPER ( MS-Word Document ). Please read it carefully and thoroughly. In brief, it should be:

Margins are of the utmost importance. Any text or other material outside the following margins can not be printed.

Maximum space for abstract
Distance from title to abstract
Distance from abstract to text

Please match the style of your paper to that of the sample paper concerning title, authors, addresses, abstract size, headings, and subheadings layouts. Number your pages in light pencil in the top right-hand corner of each page. Page numbers, session numbers and conference identification will all be inserted by the printer.

Print your paper by laser printer in two (2) copies, on your own white paper of A4 size, strictly following the instructions given in the SAMPLE PAPER. ( MS-Word Document )

Prepare up to four (4) pages of text and figures. Longer papers will not be printed. Use always black ink in text and figures. All other inks will not be properly reproduced.

Enclose the completed pages and the supporting cardboard, in an amply sized mail envelope, together with the rest of the material, and send it (two original copies) to the Conference Secretariat. Remember NOT to fold or bend your originals in any way. PAPERS SHOULD BE RECEIVED BY JULY 1, 1997 on the following address:
