Panayotis Matsinopoulos is a University of Athens graduate (Department of Informatics). As a member of the Greek GLOBE/ALEXANDROS support team has worked for the Information and Communications Systems. Except from the GLOBE/ALEXANDROS Programme has worked also for the programme "Nature and Environment in the Ancient Greece", in which he has been responsible for the authoring of the HTML pages. The subject of his graduate dissertation has been "Rules Integrated Development Environment for Alphabet to Alphabet Text Conversion.
