Nektarios Chrysoulakis holds a BSc Degree in Physics (1993), and a MSc in Environmental Physics (1995), both from the University of Athens (1995). He is A PhD candidate in the Division of Applied Physics of the University of Athens. He has over 10 publications and presentations.

After the BSc in Physics he worked on investigation of mesoscale atmospheric instability

He has worked on Satellite Remote Sensing, especially in studies of Climate characteristics on the basis of Satellite Images.

He has consinderable experience in data and information exchanges via INTERNET.

He is the responsible for the installation and operation of Low Resolution Satellite Station (METEOSAT/WEFAX), in Division of Applied Physics.
